FAQ – ela Handbags US

A pre-order is an order for an ela product that has not yet arrived at our warehouse. These items have a future estimated ship date at the time of purchase. Once your pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse facility, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive a shipment tracking number. Kindly note that this estimated ship date is subject to change in the event that there are unforeseen delays in the items arriving at our warehouse. In the event a pre-order shipment is delayed beyond the initially provided estimated ship dates, we will inform you right away."

If you would like to add monogramming to your order, hit "Add Monogram" on the product page of the item you would like to purchase, and you will then be directed to input your letter(s) and colour choice. Kindly note there is an additional $28 fee for monogramming.

Letter options: 1 to 3 letter(s)

Timing: Monogramming requires an average of 2-3 weeks of additional processing prior to the order shipping. If you are ordering with a specific deadline in mind, kindly reach out to info@elahandbags.com and our team will be able to provide the most up-to-date information regarding current monogramming turn-around times.

We do our best to accommodate monogramming requests after an order has been placed, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add monogramming to an order once it has been placed.

If you would like to add monogramming to an order that has already been placed, please reach out to info@elahandbags.com with your order number, the letter(s), and the colour you would like monogrammed. Our team will then be able to provide more insight into whether the item can be monogrammed.
